Church Brick Lunch & Learn Sessions Provide AIA CES Credits

Church Brick is pleased to announce that our Lunch & Learn sessions provide American Institute of Architects (AIA) Continuing Education System (CES) credits. The AIA developed CES courses to emphasize learning, and enable architects to prepare for the future by acquiring new knowledge and skills.

Each Church Brick Lunch & Learn session is a registered AIA/CES program that lasts approximately 90 minutes. We present sessions over the lunch hour at your location. The Lunch & Learn courses we offer are constantly updated and we schedule sessions at your convenience.

AIA/CES Credits Can Be Earned Online
Architects can read the technical article and take the ten question quiz online to earn CES credits. The process is easy.

BIA will submit your credits to AIA for you if we have your AIA number. To enter your AIA number click on "My BIA" at the top of the page and sign in. Once signed in, click on “My Profile” and then on the tab that reads “Name” you can modify your AIA number and any of your contact information at anytime. We submit the online credits to AIA every two weeks.

Read the Brick in Architecture Issue With the Technical Article
The content in each 16-page color issue features multiple projects including interviews with the architect and full-color photographs. Each issue focuses on the technical aspects of the buildings pictured and provides a detailed explanation of its features. In addition, each issue focuses on a technical theme, tied to a relevant BIA Technical Note. The names of the brick manufacturer and distributor are also included.
